Why We Built Tenacity IT

The thinking behind a second company, and what it is really for.

People ask why run two companies instead of one bigger one. It is a fair question, and the honest answer is about focus rather than empire building.

Dental IT does one thing and does it deeply. Twenty years of knowing exactly how a dental practice runs, what breaks, what regulators expect and what good looks like. That depth is the whole value, and I did not want to dilute it.

Tenacity IT exists for everything that did not fit that narrow, expert lane. The tooling, the platforms, the ideas that apply far beyond one sector. Keeping it separate means each company can have its own identity, its own pace and its own story, while quietly sharing the infrastructure underneath.

The name is the point

Tenacity is not a coincidence. The work I am proudest of was never the clever one off fix. It was the boring persistence: the backup checked every single day, the problem chased until it was actually gone, the thing maintained long after it stopped being interesting.

That is the culture both companies share. Show up, be honest, fix the real problem, and keep doing it when nobody is watching. Everything else is just branding on top of that.
